Staffing · Managed Operations · Connect X Academy

Pre-trained, campaign-ready remote talent.

We train and certify people for non-licensed customer service, sales support, and back-office work — then place and manage them on U.S. teams. Two ways in, depending on who you are.

01 For Businesses

Staffing solutions that arrive already trained.

We staff and manage non-licensed customer-facing and back-office teams for U.S. companies — onshore, offshore, or blended, always under U.S. management and a named account owner.

What we staff

01

Customer contact

Inbound service · outbound calling · chat and email support · retention · order support

02

Sales support

Appointment setting · lead qualification · list verification · follow-up · CRM nurture

03

Technical support

Tier-1 product and technical support · ticket triage · knowledge-base upkeep

04

Coordination

Dispatch · scheduling · reservation and booking support · receptionist and virtual assistant

05

Back office

Data entry · order and document processing · CRM hygiene · reporting and admin support

Our constraint

Non-licensed work only

We never staff roles requiring a professional license — and every engagement carries a written scope schedule.

How you engage us

Model A

Staffing

Certified workers on your team at an hourly bill rate. You direct the work; we employ, pay, and administer. Four-week minimum.

Model B

Managed Operations

A dedicated pod we run end to end — team lead, QA, scheduling, technology, and reporting in one per-seat price.

Model C

Blocks & Projects

After-hours and overflow coverage in weekly blocks, or back-office project work priced from measured throughput.

Direct hire

Permanent Placement

We recruit, screen, and certify; the hire goes on your payroll. One-time fee, 90-day replacement guarantee.

Start with a pilot. Five to ten seats for 90 days at a fixed rate, with a 30-day KPI review. Scale it or walk away. Rates are quoted after a short discovery call.

Industries we serve

E-commerce Home services SaaS & technology Logistics Transportation Hospitality Property management Marketing agencies Automotive Restaurants Retail Education Travel Professional services Real estate

Regulated industries are welcome — regulated work is not. Insurance, healthcare, and financial-services firms are strong clients for scheduling, records, and general service work, under a scope schedule reviewed before signature.

From signature to live floor — three weeks

Week 0Scope & kickoff Agreement, scope schedule, and a discovery doc covering volumes, hours, KPIs, and escalation.
Week 1Integration & selection Telephony, CRM, and security review. Team selected from certified bench or a new cohort.
Week 2Training & certification Your SOP module, a certification test agents must pass, and graded mocks on your QA scorecard.
Week 3Go-live Daily flash reports for ten business days, then a weekly KPI pack and a 30-day review.

You see the same numbers we manage by: attendance and adherence, throughput and handle time, QA score and first-call resolution, conversion — and scope adherence, a scored, zero-tolerance line.

Request talent

Send the shape of the work — function, seat count, hours, and target start. You'll get a short discovery call and a written proposal with one pricing model, defined SLAs, and a 30-day plan.

Based in · Atlanta, Georgia — remote delivery, U.S.-managed

Not ready for a proposal? Ask for the scope schedule template and the QA scorecard — we'd rather you read them first.

02 For Job Seekers

Get certified. Get placed. Get paid.

Remote customer service, sales support, and back-office roles — with the training up front, so you start an assignment already knowing the systems and the standard.

Why work with us

Free

Training costs nothing

The Connect X Academy is free. We never charge a fee for training, placement, or consideration.

W-2

Employment, not gig work

U.S. workers are our employees — taxes withheld, workers' comp, real payroll. Not 1099.

Scheduled

Hours you can plan on

We build schedules and hold them, so your week isn't a guess and neither is your paycheck.

Ladder

A published path up

Certified Agent → Specialist → Team Lead, with tenure milestones you can see from day one.

Choose a track

Track A

Customer Service

Call handling, de-escalation, email and chat support, multi-channel etiquette. Leads to inbound service, retention, and order-support roles.

Track B

Sales Support

Appointment setting, objection handling, and pipeline hygiene — plus the boundaries that keep sales conversations clean. No licensed selling.

Track C

Back Office

Order and document processing, data accuracy and dual review, reporting basics. Includes a typing and accuracy gate.

Every track starts with the same core — service fundamentals, systems and CRM navigation, and compliance. No one takes a live customer call before they're certified.

What you'll need

WorkspaceA quiet, private space you can work from for a full shift.
InternetA wired connection to your router. Not Wi-Fi, satellite, or a phone hotspot.
EquipmentYour own computer — not shared, not a tablet — and a USB headset with a boom mic.
AvailabilitySpecific weekly hours you can commit to. "Flexible" doesn't build a schedule.
ScreeningPhone screen, written sample, typing and accuracy test, recorded mock call, references, and a background check where the role requires it.

How hiring works

Step 1ApplyThree minutes. Tell us your track, your hours, and your home setup.
Step 2ScreenA phone screen, plus a short written and typing assessment.
Step 3AcademyYour cohort: core skills, systems, and compliance, then your chosen track.
Step 4Certify & placePass the assessment and graded mocks, then start a client assignment.

Apply now

Applications are reviewed continuously and cohorts start regularly. If you're a fit, we'll invite you to a phone screen — usually within a few business days.
